Tacketts Mill HOA is a community of 54 Town Homes located in Lake Ridge VA. The total annual assessment for 2018 is $1130.92 payable in four equal payments of $282.73 quarterly.

As always we ask that you keep our neighborhood safe and clean by doing these few things:
- Clean up after your pet.
- Keep all trash in a covered container.
- Always maintain a working porch light and make sure its on from dusk till dawn.
